Hoop City Memphis accepts returns for all brand new items purchased directly from Hoop City Memphis for refund within 20 days of the purchase date provided that the item is still in new condition (unworn). Depending on the details of the return, Hoop City Memphis will arrange for an exchange, or refund your purchase.
