Do the shirts run big or small?

They are pre-shrunk, and feature a slim-fit style. That said, they don’t seem to run big or small. Whatever size you mostly wear, then that’s what size you should order.

Do you have women’s shirts?

All of our shirts are in men’s sizes, but the shirts themselves are considered unisex. We used to carry women’s sizes, but we noticed more women would just order the men’s shirts for themselves anyway. We’ve never had a complaint about the way the shirts fit, or how they feel. Comfort is what we go in for.

Are the shirts good quality?

Very good. We use 4.5 oz ringspun organic cotton. We are constantly on the search for the highest quality shirts to print our designs on. That’s because we want to sell you a shirt that is so comfortable you’ll want to wear it all the time. We know we have unique designs, but we want to be unique in the fact that when you buy one of our designs, you also remember how it feels to wear it. Our policy is to never put out a design that we, ourselves would not wear. And we only wear comfortable shirts with awesome designs on them.

What are your refund / exchange policies?

Hoop City Memphis hopes you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t—perhaps it’s a little too big or small—we’ll send you a new size or issue you a quick refund.

Hoop City Memphis accepts returns for all brand new items purchased directly from Hoop City Memphis for refund within 30 days of the purchase date provided that the item is still in new condition (unworn). Is there somewhere locally I can buy your products?

Currently we do not sell our designs in local stores. While this may change in the future, we prefer the idea that not everyone knows where to get our stuff. It makes us feel special, and hopefully it does to you as well.

I got the wrong size. How can I exchange it?

I placed an order. How long will it take to get here?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. You’ll be sent a tracking number so you can mark the order’s progress. Typically orders arrive in just a few days.
